The meeting place on the day will be notified by our staff by mobile phone by around 5pm the day before. Please be sure to reply to confirm. If we are not able to contact you by 9pm the day before, we will not be able to prepare the equipment and will cancel the reservation (100% cancellation fee), so please be careful in advance.
