Snow and ice form, but they cannot support the weight of a human. The hours for hole fishing at Lake Nakatsuna are 7:00-16:00 (2025 is undecided). This is made all over Nagano prefecture, and the taste varies depending on the shop and home. At Kayabuki no Yakata, the surface is lightly baked by steaming.
