With the theme of "experiencing the charm of Japanese food", this class was born from the desire to enjoy Japanese food culture with people from all over the world. ~ Sushi you can experience ~ There are various types of sushi in Japan, but in our class you can learn two particularly popular types. ① Nigiri sushi A traditional Japanese style of sushi that is simple yet profound. Let's make plump and beautiful nigiri sushi while learning the techniques of the craftsman! ② Roll sushi A rolled sushi style that is very popular overseas. You can try making your own original roll sushi using colorful ingredients! ~ Class flow (about 2 hours) ~ In the first half, you will learn the history and basic methods of making sushi, and then try making sushi yourself! In the second half, you can make your own sushi and enjoy the finished sushi.
