Depending on the interests of the participants, we can invite Kamakura residents with various backgrounds, such as artists, local history buffs, and housewives who love cooking. For example, we will provide a place for interaction that suits your interests, such as "I'm interested in the Kamakura art scene" or "I want to know more about the history of the ancient capital." The charm of this experience is that it is a small group (maximum 8 people) and you can enjoy honest conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. After an introduction to today's ingredients, you will experience finishing and plating a seasonal dish with locals. We will make various dishes according to the season, such as whitebait rice bowl and kenchinjiru. 19:30 Meal/Interaction Time A fun meal time around homemade dishes. We will talk freely about the life, history, and culture of Kamakura, explaining the origins of each dish. 20:30 Kamakura Information Sharing/Question Time Locals share hidden spots, souvenirs, and restaurant information recommended by locals. We will also give you personal advice tailored to your plans. 21:00 Commemorative photo/Farewell We will end the evening with seasonal tea and sweets.
