This plan, supervised by Isao Machii, will not only teach you the kata, but also teach you samurai martial arts that can be used in real combat. Rather than focusing on the kata, the program focuses on how to actually use your body, relax and move efficiently. This is a rare opportunity to experience authentic samurai techniques and learn truly useful martial arts.
