In our class, our friendly staff will support you and help you have a fun sushi-making experience. Let's spend a special time together while experiencing Japanese culture! ~ About the class ~ Our sushi-making experience started in Tokyo in 2025. With the theme of "experiencing the charm of Japanese food", this class was born from the desire to enjoy Japanese food culture with people from all over the world. ~ Sushi you can experience ~ There are various types of sushi in Japan, but in our class you can learn two particularly popular types. ① Nigiri sushi A traditional Japanese style of sushi that is simple yet profound. Let's make plump and beautiful nigiri sushi while learning the techniques of the craftsman! ② Roll sushi A rolled sushi style that is very popular overseas. You can try making your own original roll sushi using colorful ingredients! ~ Class flow (about 2 hours) ~ In the first half, you will learn the history and basic methods of making sushi, and then try making sushi yourself! In the second half, you can make your own sushi and enjoy the finished sushi. There is also a photo spot in the store, so you can take memorable photos! ▼Location The class venue is located in the heart of Shinjuku, Tokyo. (5 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station) Shinjuku is one of Tokyo's most famous entertainment and shopping districts. While there are many skyscrapers, there is also the nature of Shinjuku Gyoen, so it is recommended to enjoy a stroll before or after class! ▼Instructor & Staff All classes are conducted in English.
