奥さんと息子と家族３人でSUP体験をさせていただきました。インストラクターの方もとても優しく、運動不足の妻のサポートもしていただきとても安心感がありました。少し最後の方は時間に余裕があったので、まったりしましたが、それは私の体力が余ってたので感じたことで、家族みんな怪我をすることもなく、楽しい時間を過ごせました！

"Mikata Five Lakes" are five lakes with five different colors. A 30km bicycle ride around the lake is called Gokoichi. We will guide you around Gokoichi on a rental bicycle. We will show you the highlights and recommended photo spots of each lake. Lunch is also included, which is recommended by the guide. If you cancel in the event of rain, we will refund the full amount. ~Experience flow~ ① Reception Check in at the tourist information center inside JR Mihama Station.
