Smelt fishing that feels like a fishing pond near Ishikari Bay New Port, which is close to Sapporo city. Asahidake, the highest peak in Hokkaido, is a plan where you can fully enjoy the earliest autumn colors in Japan, which is said to be the garden of the gods. Autumn leaves start from the upper ridge and gradually descend to the foot of the mountain, so you can enjoy the contrast between the volcanic wildness of Mt. Asahidake and the autumn leaves spreading at the foot of the mountain. The Asahidake Ropeway is the only ropeway in Japan that operates beyond the forest limits.
