A three-hour course where you can rent a kimono or yukata and go sightseeing in Otaru. (Yukata is worn from June to September.) Our retro-modern kimonos look great in the city of Otaru, which has a retro atmosphere full of history and emotion, with gas lamps and the music box museum. Taking photos of the contrast between the snow and your kimono will be a wonderful memory of your trip! This is a course recommended for those who want to take their time sightseeing.
We have genuine kimonos that are particular about materials, such as traditional silk kimonos and retro kimonos. (Yukata is used from June to September.) Traditional kimono has a rare color that is difficult to put out with modern kimono. The deep colors created by natural dyeing look great on the faces of young customers. Please experience the texture and beauty that synthetic materials do not have. The 3-hour course is recommended for those who come to Otaru for the first time and those who want to visit various sightseeing spots.
Please choose your favorite kimono and enjoy sightseeing in Otaru in about 10 minutes. In the surrounding area, you can see buildings and cityscapes that feel the Taisho romance, such as the Otaru Canal, Otaru Shussemae Hiroba, Otaru Music Box Museum, Otaru Station, and the site of the Temiya Line. Historical buildings and scenery are also recommended as shooting spots. Retro kimono blends into the historic landscape. In summer, you can wear yukata, fireworks and summer festivals.
We have plans that you can choose according to the rental time. From the 1-hour course recommended for those who want to take a quick photo at a specific tourist spot, to the 3-hour course for those who want to enjoy visiting various tourist spots, 1 that is perfect for those who want to take a leisurely stroll around the city and enjoy shopping. There is also a night plan. We have all the underwear and clogs for the rental fee, so please feel free to come empty-handed.
