Let's experience improving your health while having fun on the sea and fields courses in Mitane Town! *Foreign customers will be accompanied by English-speaking staff. *Some courses are not available during the winter. ~Course Introduction~① [Kotooka Kua Ancient Road Course] Beautiful mountain wildflowers can be seen throughout the year, the undulating dirt path increases your exercise load, and you can see the Shirakami Mountains and Lake Hachiro from the observation deck. It is also a course rich in nature where you can enjoy encounters with small animals. It can be used in all seasons and is conveniently located close to the national highway. ② [Moritake Onsen Ishikura Mountain Course] This course is most recommended in spring. In spring, you can see clusters of Japanese staghorn cabbage and skunk cabbage, as well as many valuable wildflowers. Because the course is a mountain road with many ups and downs, it is divided into three courses depending on physical strength. This is a course that can be enjoyed according to your physical strength, from those who are not confident in their physical strength to those who are confident. Near the course is ``Moritake Onsenkyo'', which has been popular as ``Akita's back parlor''. ③ [Kamayahama Sunset Course] The only seaside course. Kamayahama Beach, a popular beach with clean water in Akita Prefecture, is part of the course. Beautiful views of the Sea of Japan, forest bathing in the pine forest, and the spectacular view of windmills lining the beach.
