この時期にしか頂けない貴重なメスのずわい蟹 香箱がにのさばき方を丁寧に教えていただき、かに身を細い足先まで余すとこなく取り、すべて食べるという体験でした。 スタッフさんが気さくで楽しく、最後は終了証が授与されます。 終了証授与後 かにの甲羅にすし飯を詰めた上に乗せて、美味しくいただけます。 濃厚なみそ、内子の美味しさ、外子のプチプチした食感を楽しみながら堪能できました。 お出汁のきいた、茄子入りのお素麺もいただき、大満足でした。 帰りに近江市場でみたら香箱がに1ぱい2,500円もしてて、さらに感動しました。 お勧めの体験です。
