Starting from Muikamachi Station, less than 2 hours from Tokyo, we'll cycle through Minamiuonuma's rice fields and Niigata's best spring water on our way to the Hakkaisan sake brewery, all with ease on e-bikes. At the brewery, we’ll explore the story and tradition behind this premium sake, connecting centuries of craftsmanship, heavy snowfall, and pristine water. We’ll enjoy a delicious meal featuring onigiri made from local rice (vegan option usually available). On the way back, we’ll stop at a traditional four-season Japanese park. We’ll return to the station by 15:00, giving you time to explore the local onsen or head back to Tokyo.
