Enjoy a sushi-making experience tour at the Makishi Public Market, a tourist attraction near Kokusai Street in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. Visit the market where Okinawan fresh fish that will become the "toppings" of sushi are purchased, and learn how to make sushi from the instructor. This is a special experience tour where you make your own sushi (nigiri sushi) and eat it with everyone. ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Reception / Explanation When you visit the public market, please come to the reception on the 3rd floor. If you don't understand, a staff member with a flag will come to pick you up. Once everyone is gathered, the flow of the tour will be explained. Time required: 5 minutes ② Public Market Tour You will visit the fresh fish section, meat sales section, dried goods section, etc. on the 1st floor of the public market with a guide. If you have any questions while touring, please feel free to ask. Time required: about 30 minutes ③ Sushi making explanation lecture The instructor will explain how to make sushi rice and how to make sushi. Time required: about 10 minutes ④ Sushi making experience You will actually experience making sushi yourself. The instructor will give you advice on how to make it. You can make the sushi while drinking alcohol. (Alcohol is charged separately) Time required: About 40 minutes ⑤ Tasting The participants and instructor will eat the sushi they made. Tea is free, and you can eat while drinking alcohol. Time required: About 50 minutes

Fish (Iyu) or Shisa Urushi Painting Plan This plan allows you to paint your favorite lacquer painting on Yachimun parts. You can choose from the following two shapes. a. Fish (Iyu) Course: Paint your favorite pattern on a fish-shaped Yachimun. You can either copy the sample pattern or paint your own favorite pattern! It is also recommended as a keepsake or gift with a name and date. Once completed, you can take it home as a magnet or strap. b. Shisa Plan: Paint your favorite lacquer painting on a Shisa-shaped Yachimun. You can paint not only Shisa (female and male), but also dogs, cats, frogs, bears, and other animals you like. Once completed, you can take it home as a magnet, strap, or brooch (badge).

★ In the first half of the brown sugar making experience, (1) harvest sugar cane and bite it, (2) squeeze it with a hand-squeezing machine and drink 100% fresh juice, and (3) add your favorite toppings and boil the original brown sugar. The brown sugar you made is a souvenir. In the second half of the banana sweets making experience, after a tour of the island banana fields, you can easily make banana ice cream with (1) baked bananas caramelized with brown sugar and (2) a mixer. ➤ Miyakojima Okinawa-Brown sugar production-Farmers who practice hands-on tourism will guide you, so you will be surprised and convinced of "Hey-ho-". ➤ Understand "from the field to the table"! A pamphlet is also used to gently explain the process of producing brown sugar and granulated sugar from sugar cane. ➤ Is banana grass? 360 degree whole banana? How can you make a banana curve?
