We visited a farmer who rents a bicycle in Takamatsu City and grows "Sanuki no Awake", an original variety of asparagus from Kagawa prefecture. We will talk about Sanuki's Awakening field tour and how to grow it. Bring the harvested Sanuki Awakening to a udon shop in the market, make it into tempura, and have it with Sanuki udon.
