The charm of the Shimanto River is that rapids and gentle currents alternate. If you want to ride the current of the Shimanto River and go down the river, we recommend the River SUP experience. Go on an adventure down the Shimanto River while looking at the "submerged bridge" that is synonymous with the Shimanto River and the beautiful river scenery that cannot be seen from the road! It is a course of about 6 km starting from the submerged bridge and returning to Mishima Campsite in half a day, tackling two rapids. Before departure, SIJ and SUPA certified instructors will give a thorough lecture on the basics of SUP and river safety. You will be addicted to the exhilaration of paddling a long distance and riding the rapids! If you are worried about children or others going through rapids, we will respond flexibly, such as having the guide ride the SUP, so please do not worry.

Cycle the Shimanto River and go up the river while crossing subsidence bridges, and go down the river with your bicycle from your favorite place according to the season and weather conditions! You can buy lunch and eat it on the river, or if the timing is right, you can go up the river and eat local Shimanto River cuisine! (Lunch is at your own expense), and you can have an adventure that fits your taste and physical fitness. You can enjoy the whole day, or you can finish it in a short time with only the delicious parts. The basic route is fixed, but everything depends on your request as an adventurer! (I can't do more than the guide's physical strength lol) It is an adventure where a local guide ensures safety and explains various wild birds, fish, and local culture.
