A special performance by Kanazawa geisha, "Kanazawa Geisha Dance," will be held in the Japanese-style room of the Ishikawa Prefectural Music Hall (a one-minute walk from Kanazawa Station). Kanazawa is home to three teahouse districts: Higashi Chaya District, Nishi Chaya District, and Kazuemachi Chaya District, where traditional streetscapes are still carefully preserved.

A spectacular collaboration between the Konparu and Hosho schools! We will be holding a Noh performance featuring two different schools. This year, we will be collaborating with the Konparu school, one of the five major schools of Noh! There will also be a dialogue between Noh performers from both schools, as well as a performance of the same piece, so try to spot the differences between this and the Hosho school, which is popular in Ishikawa Prefecture. *Reservations on this website can be made up to three days before the performance. For reservations after that, please contact the Ishikawa Prefectural Noh Theater (076-264-2598).

It was a really dynamic experience. When we arrived it was impossible to be lost, they were already at the gate of the annex building waiting for guests. Once inside, we fully enjoyed the refined arts (music and dance), and finally we even played the drums, it was really fun! We left with a huge laugh in our faces, full of happiness. When we visited Higashi Chaya we found this activity announced, so it reassured us that it was the real thing. We even herd them in the street as they were rehearsing and it was the same songs. Great and true experience at the best price possible. Loved it!Ty!
