運動不足もあり、思い立って一人で行って来ました。案内してくれた　ご夫婦は親切で何より地元の方なので地元のパワースポットやお豆腐屋さんなど情報通で有難かったです。　山は最初、登りが急で心配でしたがポールを貸してくれ　かなり負担を軽減出来ました。個人で行くのも良いと思いますが。私は熊がコワイのと、ポールはスゴく良かった。山頂は低山とは思えない見晴らしで今度は友人と行きたいと思っています。
