Feel the great nature of Izu with your body! We rent out the popular SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boat)♪ We will introduce recommended spots such as Akazawa Beach, Usami, Orange Beach, and Kawazu River. You can relax while being rocked by the waves, take a fun walk on the water with everyone, and once you get used to it, try yoga on a SUP!? SUP is also great for dieting, and you can burn 300 kcal/hour just by riding. It is said that if you paddle with all your might, you can burn up to 1000 kcak/h! You can enjoy it alone, in a group, or as a couple.
