Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, was selected as one of the "52 places to go in 2023" by the New York Times. The Yabukawa area of Morioka City is also famous as the coldest area in Honshu. You can experience snowboard trekking there! You can snowshoe while observing nature on your way to your destination, and when you arrive at your destination, the snowboard experience begins! You can freely ski on the vast grounds! You can ski on fluffy powder snow, or dive into the snow and play! There are many ways to play! An instructor with extensive guide experience will guide you and give you a lecture on the snowboard experience! Use Hachimantai Snow Cat (snow caterpillar car) to slide the finest powder snow in Hachimantai and Oguromori (around the former Hachimantai Ski Resort). Please enjoy the luxurious powder ride at Hachimantai, the sacred place of powder snow. ★ This program is for those who are going to challenge powder and those who are not confident in their physical strength. You can also join us in peace in those back-country skiing & snowboarding for the first time! The Hachimantai basic route will guide you. Haiku time: 1.5 to 2 hours ※ participation target is based on the assumption skiing, snowboarding experience. ※ route you will be choice by snow cover, weather and participant level. Available upon request when there is hope of the route. (Also there if you do not along to hope)
