Today, let's experience making salt together while enjoying the fun of the sea and nature! "I want to eat delicious food and live happily in any era!" We look forward to sharing with you our story of aiming for a self-sufficient life and our life with nature. ### Experience Overview In this experience, we will gather at Nodahama Beach in Sosa City, Chiba Prefecture, and collect seawater. After that, we will cook salt in an outdoor stove between the bakery "Namamai Pan" and the private lodging "Piyopiyo House Kumikami" in Katori City, Chiba Prefecture. On the way, we will prepare a fluffy sandwich made of raw rice bread using local ingredients for lunch. It is easy for children to do. We hope you will feel the change of seasons through activities in nature. The water temperature is based on the temperature approximately two months before. The water temperature is expected to be low from February to April. - **Q: Will the activity be canceled due to weather? **A: This is an outdoor activity, so it will be canceled for safety reasons if it rains or the waves are high.

We moved from Tokyo and are looking forward to sharing our story of becoming self-sufficient and our life with nature. ### Experience Overview In this experience, you will look inside a Japanese honeybee hive in the open land of Katori City, Chiba Prefecture. It is easy for children to do. We hope you will feel the change of seasons through activities in nature. After that, you will enjoy making lip balm using Japanese honeybee beeswax indoors (bakery)! Natural beeswax is said to have moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and healing effects, and has various uses other than body care. After the experience, you can relax on the spacious wooden deck. Experience farm work and life in the four seasons for two days and one night at a farmer's house in a farming village at an altitude of over 800m in the Yatsugatake area of Nagano Prefecture. You will not be just a guest, but you will spend a warm time as a member of the family, and you will get a glimpse of the unique lifestyle of this land, where people live in gratitude for the blessings of nature. You will be able to experience a part of the nostalgic activities of people who have been doing things in accordance with the changes of nature, such as harvesting highland vegetables, making preserved foods such as dried persimmons, pickled Nozawana, and miso, picking wild vegetables, experiencing a wood stove, and making shimenawa. You will also have the opportunity to cook dishes using local ingredients together and talk with the farmer around the table. This experience is recommended for families with children and groups of friends! An English-speaking guide will accompany you at the meeting point, so you can have a smooth conversation with your family before the tour begins. We will also provide you with an interpreter that you can use during your stay, so you don't have to worry if you don't speak Japanese.
