Experience farm work and life in the four seasons for two days and one night at a farmer's house in a farming village at an altitude of over 800m in the Yatsugatake area of Nagano Prefecture. You will not be just a guest, but you will spend a warm time as a member of the family, and you will get a glimpse of the unique lifestyle of this land, where people live in gratitude for the blessings of nature. You will be able to experience a part of the nostalgic activities of people who have been doing things in accordance with the changes of nature, such as harvesting highland vegetables, making preserved foods such as dried persimmons, pickled Nozawana, and miso, picking wild vegetables, experiencing a wood stove, and making shimenawa. You will also have the opportunity to cook dishes using local ingredients together and talk with the farmer around the table. This experience is recommended for families with children and groups of friends! An English-speaking guide will accompany you at the meeting point, so you can have a smooth conversation with your family before the tour begins. We will also provide you with an interpreter that you can use during your stay, so you don't have to worry if you don't speak Japanese.
