We have a variety of stencils unique to Kanazawa, such as the Tsuzumimon Gate at Kanazawa Station, the Kotoji lantern at Kenrokuen, and Kanazawa Castle, so please choose your favorite one! There are also easy stencils such as dinosaurs and flowers for children. Anyone can easily get started. It's interesting that even with the same pattern, the kimono scraps used can make a variety of different works! Enjoy successive Isokichi works with luxurious commentary! Ikichi Fukaka Pottery Kiln is located in Yawata, where kilns for making figurines are concentrated. It has roots that the first generation was a pottery specializing in ceramics, and even now, we are doing everything from creating the ceramics to painting. This program is a studio tour in which Ms. Ikika Asakura, the daughter of Mr. Isokichi Asakura, the fourth generation, explains the studio, gallery, and works. At the end of the tour, you can actually use the works of the kiln and taste the coffee. *For foreign nationals: Information on the day will be in Japanese only.
