Meet at the designated location (meet at a roadside station in Uruma City, Onna Village, Yomitan Village, or Itoman City). Your instructor will inform you of the meeting time and location the day before. 2. Travel to the beach. We will escort you to the surf spot in our car. Please minimize your luggage and prepare (large towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, drinks, etc.). 3. Change into clothes, warm-up exercises, and explanations about beach safety. You will change into a wetsuit at the changing facility or on-site. Women are encouraged to wear easy-to-wear clothing, such as a dress. We recommend wearing a swimsuit underneath your clothes. In the summer, we recommend wearing a beach T-shirt, rash guard, or leggings. ④ Basic movements on shore and explanation of how to handle the board (lesson time 15 minutes). Before entering the water, you will be explained about safety, how to ride the waves, and how to operate the surfboard. ⑤ Surfing experience begins (※ Surfing time 45 minutes). Follow the instructor's instructions and enjoy surfing together! Feel free to ask anything you don't understand. ⑥ Change clothes/clean up/transport. 生まれて初めてのサーフィン体験でした。陸上でのものも含め、インストラクターさんたちの指導が素晴らしく、思っていたよりずっと簡単にボードの上に立つことができました。地元の人しか知らない場所に連れて行ってくださり、貸し切りのようなビーチで練習させていただけました。終わった後、気の利いた冷たいお茶のサービスもありました。

小学1年の息子と一緒に参加しました。 ショップは海(砂辺海岸)まで3分と近く、清潔感もあって綺麗でした。 リーフブレイクのため、ボードから落ちる時は足や手から行かないよう気をつけなければいけないです。その辺りの注意点など初めに説明もあったので、無事に終えることができました。 息子も波に乗ることができ、とても楽しかったようで明日もやりたいと言うほどでした。
