若者に混ざってSUPを経験しました。 一生のうちにやっておきたい!と思って参加を決めました。 筋力の低下を感じる今日この頃でして、ボードから落ちたら上がれないんじゃないかと心配ばかりしていました。 講師のお兄さん、お姉さんが優しく、時に厳しく教えてくれて助けてくれてみんなと同じように体験できました。 本当に本当に楽しかったです! ボードの立った時の嬉しかったことは忘れられない。足を垂らしてバタバタしたことや、寝っ転がったことや、逆さまに海をみたことは生まれて初めての経験で最高の気分でした! ありがとうございました!
