A beginners' SUP experience will be held at Nishihama Beach on August 10th and 11th. On both days, you can choose from two courses: a morning course from 10:00 to 11:30 and an afternoon course from 13:00 to 14:30. We will start with how to get on and off and how to use a paddle, so even beginners can participate, but you will have more fun if you learn the basics at the Mamigasaki SUP experience first.
