We offer a 2-hour SUP tour! First, we do some warm-up exercises and receive a lecture on how to paddle, then we head off to Midori Cave! We will cruise 4km round trip and teach you simple training and various ways to paddle and ride! Photo shoot included. This plan is only available to those with SUP experience. *The wind is weaker and the waves are often calmer in the morning, so if you are nervous, we recommend the morning! *Children under elementary school age must participate in the tour with a guardian.

First, I will explain how to use the paddle for preparatory exercises. After riding the sap and giving a lecture on how to paddle, start slowly! The bay is very shallow and there are many places where you can reach your feet. We will also teach you simple experience training and various rowing and riding methods during the cruise!
