Try the popular SUP! A JRCA certified SUP instructor will guide you. Stand up on a surfboard and paddle! This is a plan for beginners of stand-up paddle, commonly known as river SUP, which is done on the river. Many people worry about whether they can stand and paddle, but there is no problem because lessons are included! First, there is a lesson on how to get on and off the SUP, how to paddle, posture, control, and how to recover after falling, so even beginners can participate with confidence. After the lesson, we will do a mini touring of about 1.5 km in a gentle current section. Once you get used to it, you can take a walk freely, or if you want to learn more, you can continue to learn. You can relax by lying on the board and looking at the scenery, or you can walk along the shore and look for creatures, or you can focus on balance and train your core. There are endless ways to enjoy it ♪ If you request it, you can swim in the river or jump off the rocks. If you want to ride with your child, there is also a two-seater version. Please note that we may not have it in stock. *We do not go down the rapids (where there are waves). Since your feet are close to the water surface, it feels very open. Even if you fall off, you can recover by climbing back onto the board since you're close to the water.
