Although the harvest volume is reduced by the time-consuming cold-weather treatment (exposing the strawberries to the cold) and manual thinning (thinning out), the strawberries are produced with the artisan's skill and ingenuity to produce strawberries with a rich flavor never tasted before. The farm is located in the firefly village with a great view, surrounded by the majestic Mount Asama, about 10 minutes by car from Nakakaruizawa Station.
