Since customers who are traveling are participating in the limited time, we accept reservations until the last minute on the day. ★ Shooting location on the day Our staff will select the location after considering the weather and cloud movement of the day! ★ About pick-up We have prepared a pick-up plan for customers who do not rent a car or who want to drink alcohol on their trip! ! 注意喚起の投稿です。大事な旅行で、ここに予約したことを本当に後悔しています。他の方も同じような経験をしないようにという思いで記載します。事前にこのサイトから予約し、メールとサイトの内容では、当日の夕方に送迎時間を伝える電話があるとのことで、夕食を早く切り上げてホテルで待機していました。当日夜は雲も無く星もよく見えて撮影を楽しみにしていました。しかし、記載されている時間以降になっても電話がかかってこず。会社の連絡先に連絡したところ、会社側の予約の確認ミスで、私たちの予約を取りこぼしていました。事前予約していたにも関わらず当日予約より後の日付を跨いだ1番最後での撮影、別日での撮影、もしくはキャンセルを提案されました。当日キャンセルですが会社側の都合なのでキャンセル料は特別に要りませんと言われました。すごく腹が立ちました。最終日までスケジュールを組んでしまっていたため別日は難しいことを伝え、日付が変わる前に他の方の撮影の合間で撮影しました。電話や送迎、実際の撮影でも、謝罪は友達にする様な軽い感じで、合間だったこともあり撮影も短く残念なものでした。撮影のために服を新調したり、夕食を早く食べて急いで宿で待機した時間、楽しかった旅行が台無しになりました。ミスがあったことではなく、その後の対応に誠意がなく最悪でした。写真も嫌な思い出が蘇るので見返したりしていません。
