Koyasan is a sacred place of Shingon Esoteric Buddhism founded by Kobo Daishi Kukai 1200 years ago. The entire area of Mt. Koya is called ``Kongobu-ji, the head temple.'' In particular, ``Okunoin'' and ``Danjo Garan'' are two of the most sacred places of worship. We will guide you through spots such as Danjo Garan, Okunoin, Koyasan Shichibenten, etc. in the style of a trainee monk. It is also recommended that you experience training in the same way as the former Shugenja, and visit the legends related to Kukai. This experience work is recommended for those who want to learn more about Koyasan. Half day and full day courses are available.

Just by living, people accumulate dirt and impurities at the end of each day. It would be nice if we could wash them off ourselves every day, but for busy modern people, it is not easy. Mount Koya, which spreads out in a mountain basin surrounded by peaks at an altitude of about 1,000m, is a sacred place of Shingon Esoteric Buddhism founded by Kobo Daishi Kukai 1,200 years ago. This plan involves climbing together to the top of Benten-dake, the watershed of Mount Koya, and performing a purification and purification prayer in front of the shrine. (Depending on the weather, etc., it may be performed at a different shrine.) A special human figure will be prepared. Usually, the Great Purification is performed at the end of June and the end of December, but for our purification and purification plan, a specialized prayer leader will be available all year round when visitors are in a good mood. We will offer our original incense amulet after praying for it. Why not spend a refreshing time with the goddess of water (Benzaiten)? This is an experiential workshop recommended for those who want to learn more about Mount Koya.

The oldest things remaining at Mount Koya are the Buddhist scriptures that Kobo Daishi brought back from China. Prayers are based on these scriptures. We listen to all kinds of concerns, including chronic physical and mental symptoms, improving relationships, and finding the bright side of things.

An outdoor sauna experience with a water bath in the Ota River, a clear stream whose water source is Nachi Primeval Forest, just like Nachi Falls, the best waterfall in Japan. The venue, Daitaiji, is a 1,200-year-old Yakushi sacred place where you can experience zazen and sutra copying. Listen to a staff sermon about the close relationship between Zen and the sauna, and write your wishes on a wooden stick. Throw the gomagi into the wood stove by yourself and make a wish to Jizo-san. A resurrection experience that looks at the state of mind through Zen. 30 seconds from the tent to the river. The shortest class comfort in Kansai! The river is so deep that you can soak up to your head, and there are shallows where you can lie down. No need to pour water because it flows. Dive directly from the sauna to the river surface is also OK. ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Check in at the reception at the main entrance 5 minutes before the meeting time. Confirm the location of the sermon and changing clothes. ② At the venue, receive a sermon on the deep relationship between Zen and sauna. ③ Write your wishes on the gomaki and visit Yakushido where the principal image of worship is enshrined. Change clothes and go to the river. ④ Throw the gomagi into the wood stove and make a wish to Jizo. ⑤ When it gets hot, dive into the river without pouring water. ⑥ Purify yourself in the Ota River, which has the same water source as Nachi Falls. ⑦ Once your body is in order, listen to the gentle breeze blowing and the chirping of birds, and prepare your mind together.
