The most popular stand-up paddle board (SUP) Even beginners can get used to the balance and stand up quickly if they practice. It is said that just standing on the board is a muscle training, so it has an exercise effect. One of the attractions of SUP is that when you stand on a SUP board, you can see the beautiful gradation of Okinawa's ocean in the middle of the ocean. Even if you lose your balance and fall into the ocean, you will be wearing a life jacket, so even those who can't swim can feel safe.
