Fuji at an altitude of around 1,000m, including mountain roads, forest roads, and paved roads! Even those who are not confident in their physical strength can feel free to participate as the course is mainly downhill and there are no steep slopes. You can enjoy it empty-handed and it's perfect for activities while traveling! *This middle course takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. There are also short and long courses for the same tour. In 2007, it was selected as one of the "100 Best Local Dishes of Rural Areas" organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, which are known in farming, mountain and fishing villages all over Japan and are widely supported by the people. Unlike regular noodles, hoto noodles do not need to be left to rest. Therefore, you will make the noodles by hand from the powder state. It will be quite a voluminous meal, so please come hungry. We also offer a dyeing experience where you can experience the traditional Japanese dyeing technique using natural materials, which can be used as a set with the hoto experience.
