家族で参加しました。初めてのSUPでしたが、とても楽しめました。インストラクターの方も丁寧にご指導くださり有り難かったです。天気も良くて海を満喫することが出来ました。全身筋肉痛になりましたが、また是非チャレンジしたいです。
