初めての体験でしたが楽しめました。予想以上に足腰を使い、初心者はしっかり初心者コースじゃないとしんどいです。 当初2時間のコースを予約しましたが、上記考慮してくれてその場でコース変更してくれました。 臨機応変に対応してくれてありがたかったです。多分2時間だと乗るのに必死で楽しむ余裕はなかったです笑

家族で初めてSUPを体験しました。脚がつかない大きな川で流されてしまうのでは？と不安でしたが、かなり本格的な救命ベストを付けていたので安心出来ました。流れが速いところもありますが、インストラクターの方々が、親切に丁寧に教えてくれたので本当に初心者でも大丈夫です。コツを掴めば、案外、簡単にボードの上に立って、パドルで気持ちよく漕ぐ事ができます。自然と水に癒されて、今ここ、にいられた感じでとてもリフレッシュできて、集中できて楽しむ事ができました。スタッフのみなさん、ありがとうございました。
