Warm-up exercises and safety explanation SUP is an activity that uses the whole body and core. Make sure to warm up properly. After that, your guide will give you a safety briefing, as well as instructions on how to ride the board and how to use the paddle. ④ Get on the SUP and start paddling! Once the briefing is over, it's time to head out onto the ocean and start paddling. You may feel a bit unstable at first, but your guide will keep an eye on you and give you advice each time. ⑤ Take a commemorative photo at a scenic spot! There are many scenic spots in the ocean off Noto. While you're on the SUP, staff will take photos of you with the beautiful scenery in the background.
