人生初のＳＵＰ、想像を遥かに超える楽しさでした！ ボードに立てるかも不安でしたが、50代のおばさんでも10分程でバランスをとって立つ事が出来ました、しばらくすると風景を楽しむ余裕もでき、寝転がってみたり、飛び込んでみたりと思う存分楽しむことができました。 10代の息子はボードの上ででんぐり返しや、寒さも忘れ何度も飛び込んでいました。 まだ寒い時期の北海道でしたが、ドライスーツを着用していたので、水に落ちても気持ちよく感じる程度でした。 何よりインストラクターの方々のお話や、教え方が楽しく、とてもリラックスして参加する事ができました、いただいた写真や動画も透明度が高い水質が綺麗に撮れていて、一生の思い出となりました。 久しぶりに思う存分楽しみました！ ありがとうございました。
