初めてのクロスカントリーで緊張していましたが、はじめに丁寧に装備と基本的な歩き方から説明していただき、安心して楽しめました。 また、歩きながら様々な植物や動物のお話もあり勉強になりましたし、グループのレベルに合わせいろんなことに挑戦ができたのも嬉しかったです。少しずつ経験を積み上級コースに挑戦したいと思いました！

我々夫婦二人だけでしたので、ガイドの高橋様に我々のレベルに合わせて案内、指導いただきました。テレマークの基本ができていなかったので、傾斜があるとなかなか思うようにいきませんでした。結局森の中で平坦な場所を選んで滑る感じになりました。次回は練習して本来のルートに行ければと思います。 それと樹木について丁寧に案内いただき大変勉強になりました。 ありがとうございました。

友人と二人で参加させていただきました。 クロスカントリースキーに挑戦するのは初めてでしたが、道具の説明から滑り方のコツまで順序立てて教えて下さったので、2時間経つ頃には自由に動き回れるようになっていました。 はじめは転けてしまうかもしれませんが、ガイドさんがルート選びで難易度を調整して下さるので、どなたでも安心して参加できると思います。 また、今回は天気が雨予報でツアーができるか心配だったのですが、問い合わせに対して丁寧に対応していただけたので、最小限の心配だけで済みました。スタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしいです。 クロスカントリースキーは、一度慣れてしまえば緩やかな起伏のある森の中を軽快にすり抜ける事ができるので、スノーシューやテレマークスキーとは違った楽しみ方があってとても面白かったです！ また是非、参加したいと思います！！

ALP SKI TEAM cross-country ski lesson. We will take lessons at cross-country ski courses in the Shinetsu area, including Kijimadaira Village and Iiyama City. Rental skis are the latest and well-maintained gear, so you can improve quickly.
