This plan is not an assembly line, but rather a small group of up to four people (to ensure safety, four people will be split into groups and enter the water in pairs). For a relaxed and comfortable experience, we will provide a slightly longer lecture to ensure you have fully mastered the skills, and then we will adjust the program to your level.
