In the unlikely event that you miss the return bus, you will need to arrange your own transportation.・Depending on weather conditions, you may not be able to see frost-covered trees. There are no refunds in that case. Please note. *The drop-off location has changed as of December 1st. Please note that this is different from the boarding location for the return trip. It is about a 5 minute walk between Zao Central Ropeway and Zao Ropeway. かみのやま温泉で1泊し、2日目に樹氷を見に蔵王へ。土日も相まって混んでいたので、樹氷を見て、お昼を食べて、ちょうどでした。便利なのはもちろん、案内所のスタッフの方がとても親切で、混雑すること・ごはんは麓で食べたほうがいいこと、など丁寧に教えてくれました。案内所でワインや軽食が食べれるのもありがたいです。

初めての利用でした。 自分は、九州出身であり雪に馴染みが全くありませんでした。ただ、ガイドさんの配慮ある先導、豊富な知識、コミニケーション能力の高さなど、不安を一切感じさせない運行に感激しました。夫婦で行ったのですが、撮影スポットで何枚も写真を撮ってくださり、良い思い出作りができました。 夏の時期にもツアーをやっているとのことで、行く際は同じガイドさんがいいなと心から思いました。素晴らしい体験をありがとうございます、ガイドしてくれた理事長さんのおかげで、かみのやまはまだまだ盛り上がると思います。
