以前からやってみたいと思っていたSUP体験、ついに夢が叶いました。 9月に入ってしまっておりましたので、肌寒いのではないか、ウェットスーツが必要なのでは？等不安なことばかりでしたが、当日は快晴。 Ｔシャツと短パンの使用で問題ありませんでした。 インストラクターさんは穏やかな優しい方で、ほめるのがとてもお上手^^ 自信をもって始めることができます。事前の基本指導も分かりやすかったです。 実際体験した際には何度も海に落ちましたが、それもSUPの醍醐味。 ちなみに私は還暦になったばかりですが、ちゃんと立ってパドルで漕ぐこともできました。年齢が上の人でもできるスポーツだと思います。 今頃筋肉痛がひどいですが…^^; シュノーケルも貸していただけるので浅瀬では潜って遊ぶこともできます。ただぼーっとして海に浮かびながら青空を眺めるという最高に贅沢な時間を過ごすこともできました。 インストラクターの皆さま、色々、ありがとうございました！ 機会があれはまた、御社で挑戦してみたいです。 その際にはどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
