You can make your own one-of-a-kind Ryukyu glass using the traditional free-blowing method! The Ryukyu glass we make is made from recycled bottles such as awamori bottles. You can make glasses using the same method as the Ryukyu glass made in Okinawa in the past. Although it is a resin, it does not use organic solvents, is heat resistant, highly durable, and does not easily yellow or deteriorate. It is used for a wide range of purposes such as art, sculpture, furniture, accessories, and architecture as a resin that is safe for the human body and the environment. Unlike resin, it has almost no glossiness that is typical of plastic, and is characterized by a calm texture like stone. The jesmonite you create can be used daily as an accessory tray, candle tray, aroma tray, small item holder, etc. [Notes] - It hardens in about 1 hour after pouring into the mold, but it takes about 24 hours to completely harden.
