There is also free time! You can make the best memories using SUP! Dogs are also welcome! It is the only school in Nagano prefecture that is officially recognized by SIJ (Japan SUP Leaders Association). ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Fill in the reception agreement and settle at the site. Changing clothes and renting rental equipment in the changing room (required time: 15 to 30 minutes) ② Guide introduction, preparatory exercise, etc. After changing clothes, pre-training on land for preparatory exercise and paddle (rowing tools) (required time: 15 minutes) ③ First half of the lake : Let's paddle to the lake! In the first half of the lake, we will teach you how to ride, row and play SUP. (Time required: 50 minutes) * There is a break time of about 10 minutes after the end of the first half. ④ Free time Second half of the lake: Sumo, connected SUP, tail turn, water gun firing with friends! Let's enjoy freely on SUP! (Time required: 50 minutes) ⑤ End of experience Return the rental equipment. Change your clothes in the changing room and warm yourself up at the one-day hot spring (Yahho-no-Yu: discount ticket distribution) near the end!
