SUP yoga allows you to immerse yourself in the tranquility and become one with the ocean. It's okay if you're new to yoga. It's okay if you're new to SUP. You don't have to stand, you don't have to master the poses. Just close your eyes and breathe while being rocked by the waves. There's no need to try to match or compare yourself to anyone else. The ocean off Ishigaki Island is not just beautiful; it gently reminds you of the feeling of surrendering to the rhythm of nature. Shrishti Studio's SUP yoga is more about enjoying the feeling of returning to nature than simply moving your body. Whether you're a yoga beginner or a first-time SUP user, don't worry. We welcome each and every participant with care, ensuring you receive more than you pay for. - Rough Schedule for the Day - ① Pick-up at accommodation and arrival at the beach (approximately 30-40 minutes) ② Preparation (15 minutes) ③ SUP Lesson (15 minutes) ④ SUP Experience (30 minutes) ⑤ SUP Yoga (60 minutes) ⑦ Tea Time/Cleanup (15 minutes) ⑥ Drop-off to accommodation (approximately 30-40 minutes) Experience Time: Approximately 2 hours / 120 minutes Total Time: Approximately 4 hours The experience location is a private beach on Ishigaki Island. First, you'll receive a lecture on SUP basics and safety precautions. Once you've mastered SUP, you can enjoy SUP yoga. Yoga poses will be selected based on participants' experience and ocean conditions. Relax with SUP yoga in the tranquility of a secluded private beach. If yoga on a SUP seems a bit daunting, we recommend beach yoga, where you can easily enjoy yoga and the ocean.
