どうせ冷蔵庫もその程度の清掃なのでしょう。返却時から終始、レンタカー側の落ち度も認める事もなく、私達の家族を嘘つき呼ばわりする態度と、ほとんどの客がリピーターで、来られているから、皆さん気に入られて来ているからそんなことはありえないの言い訳のみ。ちなみに私達も素晴らしい対応で気に入ってリピートした３回目です。 しかし素晴らし対応で気に入っていたのは、エルモンテさんではなく、（まだいらっしゃるのか、やめられたのかわかりませんが）北川のおじさんだったということに気がつきました。 約３年間我慢して、久しぶりに贅沢をと、素晴らしいキャンピングカーを借りて旅をして、最後に家族全員嘘をついているようなありえない対応と、事実すら認めようとしない上からの態度といい、人生最悪の旅になってしまい、とても残念で悔しい思いをしたので、長々と書かせて頂きました。 ちなみにこのような事を、電話したり、クレームをつけたり、コメントしたりするのも人生で初めてです。 ※ただのクレームではないので、しっかりとお伝えしますが、それ意外のことでは、困っている私を駅まで送って頂いたり、丁寧に説明してくださったり感謝しています。
