Children are welcome! Choose your favorite materials to create a one-of-a-kind reversible basket bag. Custom orders are also available for the same price. Choose your favorite combination of wicker basket bags from a selection of carefully selected materials, including domestic leather, Italian leather, suede, Linton tweed (famous for Chanel tweed), and Oshu tweed. Hand-sew leather handles and tags, or add your favorite fringe ribbon or fur to create a one-of-a-kind, original basket bag. The hand-sewn parts are limited to the handles and tag, so even those with limited sewing skills can participate with confidence. ⚫︎Dimensions: 20.5cm deep x 20.5cm wide x 20.5cm high ⚫︎Time required: 1.5-2 hours, depending on the individual. ⚫︎Location: The workshop will be held in a private studio located a 7-minute walk from Jiyugaoka Station or Kuhonbutsu Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line or Oimachi Line. We offer a wide selection of materials, including domestic and Italian leather, ponytail, PVC, Linton tweed used in Bishu and high-end fashion houses, antique kimono obi sashes, reclaimed fabric, ribbons, and handles. The finished bag measures 19cm wide x 16cm long x 8cm deep. It's the perfect size for a shoulder or crossbody bag. While the time required varies, it can be completed in 3-5 hours. Requests are accepted for individual participants between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. ●Location: The workshop will be held in a private studio, located a 7-minute walk from Jiyugaoka Station or Kuhonbutsu Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line or Oimachi Line. We will remake a bag from an obi. Size: 28cm long, 28cm wide, round bottom. We will use a used obi as material. Obi is a traditional Japanese craft woven from silk thread. It is characterized by gorgeous colors and patterns using gold and silver threads. The location is a 1-minute walk from Gaienmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. This is a dressmaking class hosted by a nationally certified first-class craftsman. Even beginners to sewing can participate. ~Schedule~ (For the 14:00 course) 14:00 There is no meeting and waiting space, so please come after the event time. 14:05 Material selection You can choose your favorite from several types of obi. 14:15 Sewing machine explanation We will explain from the beginning even for beginners. 14:20 Start of production We will sew using a sewing machine. 15:45 Finishing Choose a shoulder strap and attach it to the bag.
