SIJ (Japan SUP Instructors Association) certified instructors and SUPA (Japan Stand Up Paddle Board Association) certified instructors will carefully teach you the basics, such as where to stand on the board and how to hold the paddle. After a lecture on the basics of SUP and how to paddle on the beach, you will start practicing on the sea! Start from a seated position, and when you get used to it, you will finally stand up and paddle! Enjoy the new view from the sea. ~Schedule of the day~ (If starting at 9:00) 9:00 Gather on the beach and complete the reception, and first receive a thorough lecture on the basics on the beach. 9:20 Let's try it out on the sea! An exciting SUP experience! First, get used to the board in a seated position. Once you get used to it, slowly stand up on the board and paddle! 11:00 SUP experience ends!
