SUP初体験でしたが、スタッフの方に優しく教えていただいて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。松原湖は八ヶ岳山麓の森に囲まれた小さな湖で、私たちの他は釣り人と数台のボートがいるだけ。声をあげてはしゃいでいるのは私達だけで、湖を独占しているようでした。重心を移動させてバランスを取ったり、湖を探索したり、湖から雄大な八ヶ岳を眺めたり、皆んな思い思いに楽しんでいました。心地よい疲労感と共に日常を離れリフレッシュ出来ました。

初めてのSUPヨガでした。インストラクターさんの説明がわかりやすくて海のコンディションを見ながらその時のベストスポットに移動してくれて、SUPヨガだけでなく自然を感じるガイドと1人1人に合わせたフォローで誰でも安心して挑戦できるアクティビティです。台風接近であいにくの雨でしたが海の上で雨を浴びながらのヨガなんて、なかなかできない体験をして大自然の力を全身で感じながら終わる頃にはココロとカラダが浄化されたような、清々しい気持ちになれました。最初は乗り気でなかった夫も想像を大きく超えて楽しんでいました。終わったあと、絶対またここにSUPヨガしに訪れたい!と思うほど素敵な体験ができました、ありがとうございました!!!
