Plan description

You will move from a studio like a hideaway to the beach and experience a SUP YOGA lesson while looking at Chigasaki's symbol Eboshiiwa and Mt. Fuji. After SUP YOGA, enjoy Chigasaki-local stylish and delicious lunch shops, etc. If you wish, we will guide you through the service. The calm studio with a natural atmosphere is attractive, where you can spend a relaxing time after active activities in the sea. Lessons are taught by certified instructors from the Japan SUP Yoga Association. ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Gathering ~ Filling out consent form (10 minutes) ② Preparation ~ Tool explanation ~ How to handle (10 minutes) ③ Move ~ Warming up (20 minutes) ④ Lesson start (45 minutes) ⑤ Commemorative photo from the sea ~ SUP Clean up (10 minutes) ⑥ Walk to the studio and go home (20 minutes) ⑦ Clean up-shower change clothes-slowly in the studio ♪ Even if it's raining, we will basically hold it except for heavy rain. If a thunder/tsunami warning is issued, strong winds, high waves, or a typhoon, we will cancel the tour.
