(Large towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, drinks, etc.) ③ Explanation of changing clothes / warm-up exercises / precautions at the beach We will change into a wetsuit at the changing facility and on site. Women should wear clothes that are easy to change into, such as a one-piece dress. We recommend that you wear a swimsuit under your clothes in advance.
