Sometimes Ezoshima and Red crown may show us your face. Come and join us! The area around Toroji is a natural rich area even in Kushiro Marsh. The Salvo Observatory, about 1 km from Toroji Station, has panoramic view of Lake Toruji and other lakes and squares, and at the entrance of Kotaro Marsh, there is a Nihonmatsu Observation Area where you can see the Kushiro River and Kushiro Wetland and the Kushiro city area. In addition, there are plenty of places of interest such as Kotaro Marshland Observation Deck. Why do not you take a short walk on foot or by bicycle by all means. Anyway, it is best to look slowly and feel the five senses slowly as time permits.

Even during busy periods such as summer vacation and autumn holidays, you can experience the tranquility of Shiretoko here. This course passes through old development sites and forests to see the groundwater waterfalls that flow into the Sea of Okhotsk. On clear days, you can see the 200m high cliffs that stretch all the way to Cape Shiretoko. Like "Furepe Falls," this is a course to see cliff waterfalls, but this one is a bit wilder, with no walking trails and requiring climbing over logs.
